1) Nature of the service
Schoilas is a platform for hosting user-generated discussion and commentary about scientific papers. Schoilas does not host, distribute, or sell scientific papers or their full text.
2) User-generated content
Content posted on Schoilas (including questions, answers, comments, and resolutions) is provided by users. You are responsible for what you post.
By posting content, you represent that you have the right to share it, or that its use is permitted under applicable law (for example, quotation for commentary or fair use where applicable).
3) License to operate the platform
You grant Schoilas a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating and improving the service and making it available to other users.
4) Prohibited content
You agree not to post content that:
- infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights,
- reproduces substantial portions of copyrighted works without permission,
- impersonates another person or misrepresents authorship,
- is abusive, harassing, unlawful, or invasive of privacy.
Please write explanations and derivations in your own words. Avoid pasting large verbatim excerpts from the paper.
5) Moderation and removal
Schoilas may review, hide, restrict, or remove content at its discretion, including in response to user reports, rights-holder requests, or legal requirements.
6) No endorsement
Schoilas does not endorse user-generated content and does not guarantee its accuracy. Verified authorship confirms identity only and does not imply endorsement of all content on the platform.
7) Changes
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of Schoilas constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
